If you've been a customer of OTB for a while and have a legacy account that used an Account # and four-digit PIN, you'll have to call us. OTB has updated the system and all accounts are required to use email/password. ​

If you log in with Email / Password

You can reset or change your password from the your account profile page.  Use the following simple steps to do so:

Go to your OTB Account Profile by clicking on the account avatar (icon) in the upper right of your screen.

Click on Change Password and and provide the information requested.

2. Go to your OTB Account Profile by clicking on the account avatar (icon) in the upper right of your screen.
    
3. Click on Change Password and and provide the information requested.
