For now, this is a bit tricky and depends on how you've logged in to your account. OTB is in the process of transitioning away from our legacy wagering interface, and we're supporting both old and new accounts on the new platform. (Eventually legacy accounts will be upgraded to use email/password.)
If you logged in with Account/PIN
If you've been a customer of OTB for a while and you normally log in with an Account # and PIN, you'll have to call us to reset your PIN.

If you logged in with email/password
If you're new to OTB and you log in with an email and password (welcome! 🎉 ), then you can reset or change your password from the your account profile page. Use the following simple steps to do so:
Log into your OTB Account
Go to your OTB Account Profile by clicking on the account avatar (icon) in the upper right of your screen.
Click on Change Password and and provide the information requested.
