For account security purposes, you will not be able to change your residential address online. OTB requires each player to provide documented proof in order to do so.

If you need to update your address please fill out the following form and return by email, with required supporting documents, to support@offtrackbetting.com.

The form must be accompanied by a copy of a current driver's license or state-issued photo ID verifying your new address.

Once received, management will review the documentation provided and update your account. Please allow up to 48 hours for the updated address to reflect online.
