Below are some universal device troubleshooting steps that you can complete on your end to solve common issues before escalating to Customer Support.

  • Reload the website in your browser.

  • Log out of your OTB account on your device/desktop computer and then log back in.

  • Log out of your OTB account, close your browser down completely and then relaunch the website.

  • Restart your phone or computer. Powering your device completely off and then turning it back on again can clear up many issues, especially if it has been running for quite some time.

If your issue persists after trying the aforementioned tips, more advanced steps can be taken.

  • Check to make sure your Web Browser is up to date. If not, install updates.

  • Clear your web browser's cache and cookies. NOTE: This step can affect other websites you normally use.
