More details and exact rules can be found in our T&C's, but this gives you a quick overview on the general rules:
Malfunction of the system voids all wagers/purchases.
Players are solely responsible for checking that their purchase is correct before confirmation. There is no cancellation or refunds once a game package has been purchased.
Winnings will be reflected in the players account after each round of game play. A game total summary will be available at the end of game play, and further details available in the "wager history" section of the app/website.
Delays do occasionally happen, and they coincide with delays of the live events the game outcomes are derived from. We can not promise that the estimated time the game package will become available is exact.
If there is a discrepancy between our backend system payout, and the user display, the backend payout will always be used as the legitimate payout and we will not payout based on a display error.
