We want individuals to have a fun and an exciting experience while playing, but we don't want you betting beyond your limits. If you think you have a problem our Customer Support team is happy to assist you at any time in locking your account or putting limits on your wagering.

Problem gambling is a serious issue, and we take it very seriously. If you think you potentially have a problem, you should seek additional assistance.

Here are some important questions to ask yourself:

  • Am I using "extra money" for wagering, or do I need these funds to pay for expenses?

  • Am I balancing my time between various forms of entertainment?

  • Have I set reasonable time and money limits on my wagering?

  • Am I playing for entertainment, or am I using this as a form of income?

Responsible wagering can be fun, and it's what most people practice. For some, however, wagering can become a problem they can't control, and this can lead to problem gambling.

If you think you might have a problem, please call the number below for help. They can answer your questions and help you assess whether you have a problem.
