The security of your financial information is of paramount importance to us. OTB does not store your financial information. Instead, we partner with trusted payment processors for payment information storage.

​For Online Banking, as soon as you go into the banking application you're actually working with our third party provider Trustly - who works with all the major banks in the U.S. Your banking login info is all done via their system - we never see it, nor ever have access to it, keeping OTB out of the middle of your transaction. Trustly has to follow strict security guidelines implemented by their banking partners - so your information is ALWAYS secure.

For Credit Card transactions the same is true: we don't store any of your details on our system. We work with WorldPay, one of the largest payment processing companies in the world, and their intermediary handles all of the security of the credit card transaction. We simply get a "token" that we pass to identify you in the system, and that allows you to make subsequent deposits via any credit cards you put on file - we never have the actual credit card details.

For PayNearMe - your entire interaction takes place with the PayNearMe system, and we again do not store any of your data on our end.

For Green Dot MoneyPak - your entire interaction takes place with the MoneyPak system, and we again do not store any of your data on our end.

So yes, you can trust us - but the reality is, you don't have to, as we never store any of your financial information!
