Bet Horse Racing at OTB with VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards

OTB currently accepts VISA and MasterCard deposits

Both VISA and MasterCard are accepted for OTB deposits and include either credit or debit cards which carry one of those logos.

In the event that you wish to withdraw back to your credit card, our Customer Support team can also assist you with this if you ask, but please note - we are limited by the credit card companies to only crediting back an amount equal to the original deposit.

Note: Your bank may decline your attempted deposit via Credit Card. Even in in 2024, some banks still don't allow gambling transactions via their credit cards for licensed and regulated providers - I know, we think it is nuts as well!

Banks such as Capital One, Wells Fargo and Bank of America are notorious for high rejection rates for gambling related transactions. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it - we just have to wait for the banks to change their policies.

So how do you deposit then?

a) If you have a credit card from another institution, try that card - it may very well work. Even a card from the same institution, may well work, so give it a try!

b) Use our Online Banking option. It works well, and you can securely debit and credit directly from your bank account.

c) Use our Bitcoin deposit option. I know, crypto currencies may seem unfamiliar, but most major financial institutions like PayPal and CashApp now have Bitcoin wallets. Once you've tried depositing and withdrawing via bitcoin you'll see how easy and painless it is!

d) Call your bank, yell at them, tell them to change their policy....with the caveat that this likely won't help you deposit, nor make the poor person on the other line feel very good, nor really improve anything. But you could NICELY say "hey, I just want to lodge a complaint about my bank not allowing gambling transactions. I'm a grown adult, in a free country, I should be able to determine what I can and can't purchase with my credit card'."

e) If none of those options work for you, PLEASE reach out to our Customer Support team - we're very creative - I'm sure we can figure out a way to get your funds into your account!

PLEASE NOTE:

a) If you're Credit Card does not have a CCV/CVV code (the three digit code on the back of the card) then we will unfortunately not be able to process your transactions. Online transactions require a CCV/CVV code.

b) All deposits made via credit card will require winning funds, up to the deposit amount, be sent back to the credit card they were deposited with. So for instance, if you deposited $40 via credit card and won $50, the initial $40 would be credited back to the credit card you deposited with and then the additional funds ($10 in this example) could go back via alternate methods (online banking, bitcoin, etc.)

c) A 4.50% convenience fee (minimum $5) will be applied to all credit card transactions.
